Police is one of the few pop groups I still go back to with pleasure, and probably the only band from the 80s worth of redemption in my book.

Murder by Numbers is a gem, both for its cynical lyrics (that got them into trouble with evangelical wackos back in those days) and the sophisticated arrangement.
